So technically - I wonder if this should go into Digital Darkroom - or Digital painting? It is stock - with textures - technically not really 2 stock photos - 1 photo with several textures overlayed - with masks and digital painting on top of the image - so I wonder if anyone will notice - or comment where it should go? I think I shall put it in a new category for me - if it is wrong correct me please!!

Hiya.

It would not go under Digital Darkroom because Digital Overlays are overlays of one photograph on top of the other at the time of photo processing. Your deviation could go in one of two places. The best place for it is probably Digital Art > Mixed Media > Surreal (or however you would categorize it). The other place would be photomanipulation, since you are using pieces of textures that were created from photographs. I hope that helps.
