Thanks for your comments - I have been thinking of reworking it and making it simpler - I tend to over do sometimes maybe the figure in the back is just not necessary and a simple still life study would have been ok -

Don't we all? Yes, the pears on the books are compelling in and of themselves...I just realized that the light streaming down is actually the curvature of the building...but it looks like light, very cool.
